Mercedes EQA

Mercedes EQE

Mercedes' E-Class has been a standard-setting executive saloon for many years; the EQE is intended to be its electric equivalent. To all intents and purposes a slightly smaller version of the EQS (below), it features a showstopping interior design and big battery capacities for easy long-distance journeys. Mercedes EQT

Mercedes EQV

Mercedes' V-Class luxury minibus is a stalwart of the VIP transport and private-hire industries, and now there's a fully electric equivalent, called the EQV. Mercedes A 250 e

Small hatchbacks like the Mercedes A-Class are an increasingly popular company-car choice, hence the appearance of this plug-in hybrid version of the German brand's best-selling model. Mercedes CLA 250 e

As the Mercedes CLA shares most of its underpinnings with the more conventionally shaped A-Class, it's no surprise to see it available with the same plug-in hybrid drivetrain as that car. Mercedes E 300 e/de

Mercedes is one of the few brands to offer both diesel and petrol-based plug-in hybrids, and the former makes a lot of sense in a car like the E-Class, especially if you expect to be doing regular long-distance runs. Elsewhere, it's just as well equipped, comfortable and refined as any E-Class, lacking only a bit of handling finesse compared to its BMW 5 Series rival. Read our full review here.

Mercedes GLA 250 e

In common with many premium brands, Mercedes has electrified almost its entire SUV line-up, starting with the compact GLA. It gets the same 250 e petrol-electric engine as the A-Class hybrid, for a decent electric range and an attractively low company-car tax rating. Read our full review here.

Mercedes GLC 300 e/de

Mercedes' mid-size family SUV shares much under the metal with the C-Class saloon, and also offers both petrol and diesel plug-in hybrids. The more miles you do, the more likely it is that the diesel will be the better choice, while the petrol is ideal for those doing shorter local journeys. Read our full review here.

Mercedes GLE 350 de

The top of the Mercedes hybrid SUV tree, the GLE plug-in is diesel-electric only. That translates to an incredible official economy figure of over 400mpg, and even if it's unlikely you'll match that in the real world, this is still one of the cheapest-to-run large SUVs you can get.
