Safety
The Lexus CT 200h was awarded the maximum five-star crash safety rating when it was tested by Euro NCAP in 2011. Broken down into the individual categories, the CT 200h scored 94% and 84% for adult and child occupant safety respectively, 55% for pedestrian safety and 85% for safety assistance systems. It’s worth bearing in mind that the Euro NCAP safety test and scoring criteria has changed in the years since the CT 200h was crash-tested, so a car that received a five-star rating in 2011 may not necessary receive the same award in 2018.
